说明:

D812是钛钙型药皮,中碳的钴铬钨合金为焊芯的堆焊焊条。可交直流两用,电弧稳定,渣复盖性好,成型美观。堆焊层具有良好的耐蚀及耐磨性能,在600℃以上的高温中也能保持这种特性。D812在钴铬钨堆焊合金中具有中等硬度,耐磨性较D802好,但塑性较D802稍差。用硬质合金刀具可进行切削加工。金相组织为奥氏体和共晶体。

D812 is a titanium-calcium type coating, a medium-carbon cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy surfacing electrode with a core. It can be used for both AC and DC, stable arc, good slag coverage, and beautiful shape. The surfacing layer has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and can maintain this characteristic even at high temperatures above 600°C. D812 has medium hardness among cobalt-chromium-tungsten surfacing alloys, and its wear resistance is better than D802, but its plasticity is slightly worse than D802. Carbide cutting tools can be used for cutting. The metallographic structure is austenite and eutectic.

用途:

用于高温高压阀门,内燃机阀、化纤剪切刀刃口、高压泵的轴套筒和内衬套筒、热轧型孔等堆焊。

Used for surfacing welding of high temperature and high pressure valves, internal combustion engine valves, chemical fiber shear blades, shaft sleeves and lining sleeves of high pressure pumps, and hot rolled holes.

注意事项:

1. 焊前焊条须经150℃烘焙一小时。

2. 为了避免产生裂缝,根据工件大小和母材种类,须经过200~400℃的预热。并宜采用小电流短弧焊接。焊后应将工件立即放入干燥和预热的砂缸或草灰中缓冷。

3. 由于电弧焊的温度较气焊高,故稀释率也较气焊大,因此一般只在难于进行气焊或为提高焊接效率时才考虑电弧焊。

1. The electrode must be baked at 150℃ for one hour before welding.

2. In order to avoid cracks, according to the size of the workpiece and the type of base material, it must be preheated at 200~400℃. And it is advisable to use small current short arc welding. After welding, the workpiece should be placed in a dry and preheated sand jar or straw ash to cool slowly.

3. Since the temperature of arc welding is higher than that of gas welding, the dilution rate is also greater than that of gas welding. Therefore, arc welding is generally only considered when it is difficult to perform gas welding or to improve welding efficiency.
