说明:
Z408是镍铁合金焊芯,强还原性石墨型药皮的铸铁焊条,可交直流两用。施焊时电弧稳定,操作方便,其焊缝金属的特点是颜色与母材接近,强度高,塑性好,线膨胀系数低,抗裂性对灰口铸铁与Z308差不多,但对球墨铸铁则比Z308强,对含磷量较高(0.2%P)的铸铁,也有良好的效果。焊缝金属比Z308和Z508稍硬。
Z408 is a cast iron electrode with a nickel-iron alloy core and a strong reducing graphite coating. It can be used for both AC and DC. The arc is stable during welding, and the operation is convenient. The weld metal is characterized by its color closest to the base metal, high strength, good plasticity, low linear expansion coefficient, and crack resistance similar to Z308 for gray cast iron, but for ductile iron. Stronger than Z308, it also has a good effect on cast iron with higher phosphorus content (0.2%P). The weld metal is slightly harder than Z308 and Z508.
用途:
可用于常温或稍经预热(至200℃左右)的灰口铸铁及球墨铸铁的焊、补,如汽缸、发动机座、齿轮等。
It can be used for welding and repairing gray cast iron and ductile iron at room temperature or slightly preheated (to about 200°C), such as cylinders, engine seats, gears, etc.

注意事项:
1. 首先清除焊接部位的油污、砂、水、锈等污物,并视缺陷类型,开坡口、打止裂孔及熔池造型等准备措施。
2. 如填补大的空隙,应先从四周开始堆焊一层,然后向中部逐步填满。
3. 为避免母材熔化过多,减少白口层。施焊中,尽量采用小电流,短弧,窄道,短道,分散分段焊,每段焊道长度一般不超过50mm,待温度降至不烫手时再继续施焊。并且施焊后立即锤击焊缝以松驰应力防止裂纹。
4. 施焊前应将焊条在150℃左右烘焙一小时。

In welding, try to use small current, short arc, narrow track, short track, dispersed segment welding, the length of each segment of the weld generally does not exceed 50mm, and continue welding when the temperature drops to not hot. And immediately after welding, hammer the weld to relax the stress and prevent cracks.
4. The welding rod should be baked at about 150℃ for one hour before welding.
